What on earth is CSC everyone keeps saying their papers were transffered to CSC whats that?? Paddon my ignorance but I dont know.

CSC = California Service Center

NSC = Nebraska Service Center

TSC = Texas Service Center

VSC = Vermont Service Center

YMMV

Since you are going from a F1 visa I would probably say that you would be transferred to your local office - Memphis. Mostly it is K1 visa that get transferred to CSC. I certainly cant wait to see if any other visa type gets sent to CSC... I am currently waiting on New Orleans (from K3) which appears to be at a complete standstill and are only processing july 05 I485's. I think memphis is processing july 06 but have a check as I am not sure...
