I think that you need to read the CR1 Guide, hope the link I have placed below will work.

http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1

When you send the I-130, you need to include the G-325 for each of you, along with other documentation. One G-325 completed for you and by you and the other completed and signed by your spouse. Slow down, you do not need to submit the I-864 until you received you NOA2. Please read the guide for complete details. If in fact you sent the I-130 in without the completed and signed G-325's, you will get an RFE (Return for Evidence) asking to send them in... You also need to attached passport photos of each of you to each G-325.

Good Luck...

Do not send in the I-864! That's not until later.

You should read the guide linked to you above. Read it twice, three times. Study it like it's your final exam.

In short, it works like this:

1. You file an I-130 petition to the USCIS.

2. This petition is approved/denied.

3. If approved, USCIS sends petition the National Visa Center in New Hampshire.

4. Once received by the NVC, you husband submits a visa applicatin, you submit affidavit of support (I-864).

5. NVC receives the above, and schedules an interview for him at the US embassy in Kingston.

6. Husband goes to interview and is approved/denied.

7. If approved, husband enters the US.

8. Voila. Done for now.

Now, turn off caps lock and welcome to VJ!

Are you saying that you already filed the I-130??? Please read the guidelines before you file anything, so you will not receive a request for additional information.

Heck even reading the instruction booklet you can download with the I-130 form or on the USCIS website would be a good idea! LOL Goodness I guess we'll see if they reply back to what exactly they have or haven't sent.
