hi,i have just received this email today from nvc

immigrant visa petition CSB..... is currently on a list of

completed cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers. This petition

will be eligible for an immigrant visa interview when a visa number is

available per the Department of State's Visa Bulletin

how much take to send my case to morrocan consulate ??

its all based on your priority date and the bullentin.

My pd is dec 2012, my case is compled on 12 oct, my mothe applied for me my categery is fb1

How much take for my interveiw

my case was completed on November 7th, and i got my interview letter yesterday for january 16th!

good luck

What is ur categery is it ur f1 unmarried son above 21

i dont know alot about fb1 visa.mine is CR1 spouse visa.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hi Darnell

does visa priorit date matters? cause i am currently at the NVC expeting them to approve my IV docuemnts and complet case. FYI, my priority date is Nov 10, 2010. Will that help in expediating my wife's interview date ?

it matters to life america, not you, do note you two are different visa types altogether.
