I am just being curious, because I don't know if this will be my case yet.

Just got my K1. At some point in January I'm moving to the US, getting a SS#, marrying my fiance (finally! (L) ), and applying for AoS, EAD, and AP.

Let's say I get a job offer meanwhile. Is there any way to expedite EAD?

Thank you!

After you get marry and file to adjust, you can make an Infopass appointment to expedite an EAD.

Good to know, thanks. I guess you'd need a letter from the future employer to expedite the process, right? Any idea of how long it should take to get EAD with an expedite request?

Yes, you'll need an offer letter to justify your request, otherwise you'll be denied on the spot. An infopass could work or you might call the USCIS Customer Service. You can find more info here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=16a6b1be1ce85210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

Also, last resort option is contacting your congressman. iIf you have a solid case, they'll be willing to help you out and I've heard of many cases where they succeeded!

Good luck
