Immigrant visa petition CSB..... is currently on a list of

completed cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers. This petition

will be eligible for an immigrant visa interview when a visa number is

available per the Department of State's Visa Bulletin.

No. The case has only passed the first step - USCIS.

When a visa number becomes available, the NVC will send out a fee letter. The petitioner pays the fees for the beneficiary's visa application, DS-230, and the affidavit of support, I-864. Petitioner files I-864. The beneficiary has file a visa application, have a medical exam and an interview.

So - more waiting, more fees, and more forms before the case is completed.
