No. The case has only passed the first step - USCIS.

When a visa number becomes available, the NVC will send out a fee letter. The petitioner pays the fees for the beneficiary's visa application, DS-230, and the affidavit of support, I-864. Petitioner files I-864. The beneficiary has file a visa application, have a medical exam and an interview.

So - more waiting, more fees, and more forms before the case is completed.

but we have already sent fees and forms of ds230 and 864 and case completed at nvc what next? should we send other fees when priority date became current/?

that's mean you are completed case now! and wait for interview letter if your priority date was current!u received your interview letter so goodluck to you..what is your priority date?
