The consulate can expedite the consular processing. I doubt the NVC will. You have to finish your case at the NVC first.

Only the consulate in Casablanca will expedite your case (per their website).

There are three different things going on here. First, a petition submitted to the USCIS, then your case is processed by the NVC in New Hampshire, then the case is sent to the consulate in Casablanca.

The USCIS, NVC and US consulate in Casablanca are not the same offices, and have different policies regarding expedites. While the USCIS and NVC will not expedite due to pregnancy, the consulate in Casablanca will. Thus, your case will not be expedited until it reaches Casablanca and you request an expedite based on your pregnancy.

When your cases reaches the consulate in Casablanca, request an expedite.

The priority date that they're currently handling for F2A visas seems to be August 22nd 2010. You have to wait for it to become current. This is at the NVC level. The NVC does not expedite for pregnancy. Only the consulate is offering an expedite of processing, NOT the NVC. Your case cannot be expedited until the consulate gets your case. The consulate will not get your case until a visa number is available for you.

I'm sorry, but it does not seem like you will be given birth in the US..

Jay Jay is right, you will have to wait for your priority date to become current before you will be scheduled for an interview. This will still take a while.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

ok thanks for replay but when my priority date became current ill get interview how my consulate can expedit my case ?

When the consulate receives the package from the NVC, it can often take 1 - 2 months before you get an actual interview date. If you're pregnant at the time they receive it, they will probably attempt to give you an earlier one. Also, many applicants in the Middle East and North Africa have to go through AP - if you still have grounds for expedite at the time of your interview, they might try to push your case through AP quicker.

However, until the consulate receives your case, and it might be a year.. There's really not much that can be done.. And if you are no longer pregnant when they receive it, you no longer have grounds for an expedite.

Well, from NVC schedules your interview and your actual interview, yes, that can often be 1 - 2 months.

If you are pregnant at that time, I'm pretty sure the consulate be willing to give you an earlier interview date, yes. (I take it from the consulate website that's what they mean)

Yes.

Whether the airline will let you on a flight to America is a different matter.
