120 days from interview and no response yet. Should I sue USCIS? I am very confused and frustrated right now, since I would like to retrieve my parents as soon as possible and it can only be done if I am a citizen.

Why sue?

What did you do other than wait so far (contact elected reps, infopass etc)?

I apologize, I should have been more thorough in my initial post. I contacted USCIS when 90 days from interview passed and placed a service request. I received a letter within the week stating that the case was forwarded to a supervisor for review and that he had 120 days time from date of interview to respond. I waited until the specified date and nothing arrived. I placed an INFOPASS appointment at my local office (where I had the interview as well) and I was told that it was still under review. I was not told what was under review or how long it would take to receive an answer, simply that the supervisor would be reminded of my case and that I should receive something in the following weeks. I think they were just trying to get rid of me though, since nothing concrete was mentioned regarding a timeframe for the response to be sent.

If I were you I would go to the congressman and senator and have them get involved. Call the USCIS speak to an officer and tell them you want to know what is going on or you gonna have to take it to the court and let the judge make his decision. good luck. sometimes threatening to go to the court might work to.
