I think UK definitely helps, good luck with the rest of the process. :thumbs:K-1 wasn't that bad, and military is a plus.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

Considering we were thinking of cancelling and filing a CR-1 in March if he had to go on temp duty after coming back from Afghanistan I think we are seriously lucky! I just hope everyone is right and it is the NOA2!

:wow: That was fast!! I should have stayed active duty so I could get mine expedited!!

Im pretty sure we didn't expedite it though... that's the confusing thing  ! We looked into having it expedited but never actually filed for it as we weren't sure if he was definitely going on TDY after afghan.

What part of the military are you in??

But we only filed our I-129F on the 23rd October and received our NOA1 on the 29th October.....less than a month! Are you sure?!?!I dont want to get my hopes up since I can't get the mail!!!

Sounds like it was expedited since your fiance is on active duty. Was it obvious in any part of the petition that he was on active duty? Congrats!!

I don't think we made it obvious that he was on active duty. We filed 2 days before he left for Afghan but we only enquired about it being expedited. Had nothing confirmed etc that it was being expedited.

I know :) someone must be looking out for me lol! If it definitely is the NOA2 I best start getting all the other information together! If everything else goes just as fast (fingers crossed) maybe I can arrive before he gets back from Afghan and meet him like everyone else!!! OMG that would be perfect!

No reason to ponder on why it came early. Just be glad it did!
