NOA2?? So Confused!

Hey Everyone!

Since we started the process of our K-1 Visa and received our NOA1 I have never been able to access my case status on the USCIS website.

I pretty much gave up but about 5 minutes I thought id check to see if my case had finally been added. To my surprise it has!

But now im confused haha :D Now that ive finally been able to add my case I have the below message. November the 26th was yesterday but surely whats been mailed isn't my NOA2! If it is then that's great but im pretty sure that's a bit quick and far fetched lol.

On November 26, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Can someone just tell me what that means please? Considering my fiance is on active duty in Afghanistan he isn't at home to check his mail so were having one of our closest friends pick up everything for us and mail it out.

But we only filed our I-129F on the 23rd October and received our NOA1 on the 29th October.....less than a month!

Are you sure?!?!

I dont want to get my hopes up since I can't get the mail!!!

Nobody can really confirm it 100% until you get the letter - i will keep my fingers crossed for you but it really sounds like you are approved. I might be wrong but in case one is on active duty you can expedite your application ? Maybe that is what happened ?

I am just guessing here but that is what I thought to have read here..

I am just guessing here but that is what I thought to have read here..

I have just texted him so hopefully when he wakes up (he works at night) he can grab some wifi, check his emails and get our friend to keep turning up at the house to check the mail! OMG I hope it is our NOA2!

We enquired about getting it expedited as he may have to leave on a TDY (temp duty) not long after he comes back from Afghan but I'm pretty sure we never actually got it expedited unless he forget to tell me haha.

I still don't want to get my full hopes up cause I just cant believe it came through so quickly :( What if they take it back off us lol. Fingers crossed!

Print out the approval page and should there be any issues say - "nuh uh ...here is my page its been approved not allowed to take it back now give me my visa !" :):):)

Good Idea lol I shall print it out just in case!! I keep looking at it, shaking and gobsmacked! Im at work at the moment and I keep checking my phone incase Josh wakes up and texts me haha

Your telling me! First I was worried that my case hadn't even been added, now im worried they've made a mistake and they've sent our NOA2!
