Hi VJers,

I'm worried about sending our i-864EZ, my husband was been unemployed for 2yrs., he was not able to file ITR for 2011, because he got his new job last march 5,2012. We are planning to send his 2010,2009,2008 Tax Transcript because that's what we only have, but i worry that it might be useless because i think what nvc needs is the latest tax year (2011 transcript).

Do you think Employment Letter, Paystubs will be enough as proof of his current income. He wrote a letter that explains he was unemployed for 2 years that's why he was not able to file ITR for 2011.

[i-864ez form] http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864ez.pdf we are having problems on answering question no. 18 [MY INDIVIDUAL ANNUAL INCOME IS CURRENTLY__.]since he is only on his job for 8 months. (march 5-present]. we dont know what to put in.

and to question no. 19 [FEDERAL TAX INFORMATION] because 2011 was the recent tax year and as i said he was not able to file for 2011.

I really need help and advice VJers. :(
