getting there :D

I called Department of State, as per their record they are still waiting for our passports, that means, my documents are there for one week and they have not even opened/reviewed it.:help::angry::(

Don't worry, everything will be fine. EOD they have to open the documents.

BTW I have called the help desk to know about passport and visa pick up from the Team Stanley location. They said that, once your passport is ready for pick up, then you will receive a SMS and an Email mentioning that your passport is ready for pick up.

Usually they are supposed to inform, but i have seen cases where passport was with them for 2 days and they haven't called, so we have to be proactive.

ok because calling from India is expensive and sometimes they put you on hold for long time.

actually this one is pretty quick, but you ask your husband to call in us.

That's great. Yea sure she will get it this time. Good at least you are coming to India, I told my husband to come but he has some issues going on in his office so I understand his concern as well. Almost everyday I am crying but eod I have to be strong. Good to hear that, that you are coming. At least your wife will get some support.

its much better to come to India instead of talking to crying wife everyday  just joking.. but it made me also sad so i decided to go. and we have one week shutdown from Christmas to new year so that one week made me decide.

I can understand and even we were sure from our side as well that its confirmed but all of a sudden this things happened, it really heart rending. That 11/26 was not our day. We planned before 2 weeks of our interview that we will celebrate this Christmas and new year together :( . But alas! God has something else stored for us.

Don't worry everything will be fine. We will be ok this time. At least you are coming to India which is of great support to your wife. Think about me, though my hubby gives me lots of time over the phone and I appreciate that.
