CR1 visa refusal under 221(G)

I have created a white house petition to expedite 221g cases, please sign and support. we need 25000 signature by Feb 1st for President to look.

You should start a new forum just to "Sign 221g Reform Petition"...you will get more signatures this way. Sorry you are going through all of this! Are all the names on the tracker from India? This is a very disheartening list!

Thanks Payal..it was a long wait..the consulate did not issue any k-1 visa in the 2nd half of December..there annual limit was up...there was me who got a status on 28th dec and LH&me (a member of this forum) who got status update on 17th Dec that our visa has been issued but they delivered it in January only..so i wish u guys all the luck..trust me it is just their delaying techniques and nothing is wrong with ur docs or profile. Keep the hope on..u r definitely going to get ur visa.
