Hi Gurus,

My EAD is going to expire in next 3months and i have changed job recently on my H1 transfer (did not use EAD; H1 approved/similar job) from company A to company B. I may have to change job again to company C in next 6months(planning to do that again on H1 transfer).

1. Should I ask the attorney to send AC21 letter now that i have moved to company B or just wait to move to company C and then send it(what I am thinking is; is there anything like too frequent change of jobs; 6months?)

2. Also, in conjunction with the above question. I need to apply for EAD/AP renewal. So is it suggested I send AC21 letter for this renewal of EAD/AP; as i moved to Company B and my current EAD/AP were approved when i was working for company A.

Note: I meet the 180 days requirement of AOS portability. And have to apply EAD/AP for spouse also.

Thanks
