G-325A: Applicant's address last 5 years

Hello all,

I am filling out the G-325A now, and looking at the part that says 'Applicants residence: Last 5 years', I am bit confused.

So, I presume that they need the addresses of my last 5 years' residence.. So should I list down all the addresses I lived from 2007? If yes, since the space is only for 5 address (I have about 7 address) can I say 'See attachement' in that space and list them all in a separate sheet?

I know it sounds real silly, but just would like to make sure nothing is wrong! Thanks in advance!

That's exactly what I did - I wrote "see atachment" and listed all the addresses separately. It worked fine

Doesn't sound silly! I was confused too. I guess you can do that with residence AND employment.
