I filed my petition In February and found out a few months ago from my congressmans office that my file had been frozen by ICE. After making some additional inquries my file was released and I was notified that it was being transferred to my local office. Here we are a few days later and I get notice today that it is now being transferred to USCIS now. I am not sure what all this means and if its good or bad, any info as to why this might happen would be great thanks in advance.

Do you care to share your thoughts or more information as to the how and why your I-129F petition necessitated the involvement of your congressman and ICE so early on in your visa journey? Any such information may be useful to forum members trying assist you.
