Yup! I would be happy even with 7 months! For me it's 7.5 months so far!

Yuck yuck yuck! I would be FREAKING out if I were you guys.

Mainly because my work is waiting for me to stop traveling so much so I know they would be constantly asking me when I was coming >=[

Just looked at the National Processing Volumes I-130 USC filing for a spouse,..., update September 30.

National: 5 months

California: 5 months

Vermont: 5 months

Texas: 5 months

Nebraska: 5 months

No info about NBC/MSC yet

Met : March 2012 in Afghanistan

Married : August 22,2012 in Belgium

USCIS

Califonia Service Center

Sep 24,2012 - I-130 send to Phoenix Lockbox

Sep 26,2012 - I-130 NOA1

Oct 04,2012 - I-130 case transferred from CSC to NBC Missouri

Oct 10,2012 - I-130 case transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office

Jan 23, 2013 - I-130 approved!!!

Jan 28, 2013 - NVC received case

One pattern, on the data update... (That I've noticed) ..

Stats are updated monthly, on or around the 12th of the month.

They are 2 months behind, when looking today, so bear that in mind.

The stats you see are not current, ie, as of 'today'.

I calmed down a bit after I sussed that.

But - will they add MSC to the stats for October? I hope so.

If not, maybe November...

I hope my casefile is at NVC by the time the stats for November are viewable...

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hopefully they will add it soon.

I'm curious as to what kind of volume they are looking at there.
