Hey guys,

My husband and I are a little confused at how to proceed after receiving I-130 NOA2

We have looked around the site and can't seem to find what we're looking for,I'm afraid we have so much going on with his ex wife filing bankruptcy and letting the house go into foreclosure(long awful, complicated story) we just cannot seem to see the obvious right now..........heres what we would appreciate....

When can Eric pay the $88?

Can I send the DS-3032 via email? Should I name him as my American 'agent'?

Am I required to send any official documents at this time,Im in the USA for another week....so was going to try sort this stage out here but if I need to send birth certificates etc...I'll have to wait until I return to the UK.

We hate to need our hands holding during this process but we really are facing unbelievable stress right now(as if this process isnt tough enough!!!)any help is much appreciated.
