hi mga kababayan.. kailangan ko po ng advice ninyo, na approved na po petition ko nung April 2012 "under unmarried child under 21 years old of a permanent residence" now im turning 21 years old this coming May 2013. "PD Aug 19 2011"

- magkakaroon po ba ng problem ang case ko pag ng 21 ako?

- gano po katagal bago ang medical?

thank you mga kababayan.. malaking tulong po sakin ang mga isasagot ninyo. :help:

Your petition took 8 months to be approved. Your priority date will approximately be current on Dec. 2013. If you subtract 8 months (the time it took to approve your petition) from Dec. 2013, that would be April 2013. You would be under 21 by then since your birthday is in May 2013 assuming they process the backlog at a constant rate.

di ko po kase alam ung mga steps kung ano po pagkakasunod. bali po sa april 2013 ang medical ko or interview n po nun?

salamat po sa pag sagot sa tanong. ^^

Kapag na-receive mo na ang Interview Letter galing sa NVC, that's the time na pwede ka nang magpa-medical sa St Luke's (SLEC).

Mauuna ang medical bago ang mismong interview sa US Embassy.

sir. di ko po gano maintindihan ung sa backlog. my magiging prob po ba sa case ko nun pag nging 21 ako po? tsaka po ung sa april 2013 ibig sabhin my letter n po ako n matatangap nun?

pra magka Idea lng po sa case ko thank you. malaking tulong po reply nio ^^

Kapag malapit nang mag-current ang Priority Date mo makakatanggap ka na ng interview letter from NVC.
