When to send I-134?

I already sent the I129F a few weeks ago, already got the first NOA too. But now I dont know exactly when I am suppose to send the i134 to my fiance? I would imagine that the closer to the interview the more updated the i134 package is, right? The employee letter and pay stubs would be most recent then. Or is it better to send ahead of time?

You need the I-134 for the interview, so as soon as you find out when the interview will be, you can send it along with all the pay stubs, etc.

Per your timeline, you now have only the NOA1. You may have a few months to go for the NOA2. Then to NVC and finally the consulate.

I would go ahead and download all the packet 3 docs and start working on them. However, I would wait for the confimed interview date to complete the I134 and forward to your fiancee.

Well, as per the guides they say to send that information over soon after your NOA2. If you have a consulate that takes a long time to give interviews you have some leeway in that but if I were you I would make sure you know how long it will take you to get them together (I called my bank to see how long it would take for them to put together a letter and employer letter was easy peasy) and if you have a cosponsor give them plenty of time. You've got awhile to wait now so no need to worry but it's best to know what you're looking forwards to in the near future :) Good luck!

My fiance just recieved her packet 3. So now I am gathering my information for the I-134. You have alot of time. It is best to print out the forms and practice with them. Once you have the interview date then you can send the I-134 to her.

You may want to post to the Vietnam visa thread. I have recieved alot of valuable information with all going through the HCMC consulate.
