Hello,

I recently came to the United States in Sept through a K1 visa. I got married in a few weeks ago. :) Now I'm trying to fill out the forms to adjust my status and I have a few questions.

I'm hoping someone will be able to assist me or point me in the right direction as I need to file the I-485 and other supporting documents very soon.

Question 1) On form I-485 Part 3 A. "Were you inspected by a US Immigration Officer?" I went to the immigration room/office at the airport when I landed in Miami in Sept 2012. Does that mean I should answer Yes or No?

Question 2) On form I-485 Part 3 A it is asking for my "Non Immigration Visa Number". Would that be my CONTROL NUMBER on my visa?

Question 3) Form I-864 Part 1 Question 1. I need to pick one of the options. I currently married my husband and he is sponsoring me. Does that mean we pick option A)"I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative" ?

Question 4) Form I-864 Part 5 Question 21 C ) Question "Total Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit". If I currently got married should I still be putting a "1" in answer "c"? It says not to count anyone twice. Please let me know

Question 5) Form I-864 Part 6 Question 23 and 24) "Current Individual annual income" Does this number include my husband's bonus or just annual salary?

Question 6) Form I-864 Part 6 Question 24 E "Should I be listing myself as the person being sponsored in this section? "

Question 7) Form I-131 Part 1 Question 3 "Class of Admission?" What do I fill out here? or Should I leave it N/A?

Question 8) Form I-693 - I already have the DS3025 done when I was in Brazil but on the DS3025 form it says "Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver" The doctor in Brazil said I have all the vaccinations needed is that enough or do I need to see a doctor in the United States and have him reconfirm my medical? I'm filling out I-693 but can I just fill out Part I and attach the DS3025 that I got from Brazil?

I know this is a lot of questions but I want to make sure I get everything right the first time. Appreciate any help!!

Yes.

Question 2) On form I-485 Part 3 A it is asking for my "Non Immigration Visa Number". Would that be my CONTROL NUMBER on my visa?

The red number on the lower right. http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/displayimage.php?album=19&pid=88#top_display_media

Question 3) Form I-864 Part 1 Question 1. I need to pick one of the options. I currently married my husband and he is sponsoring me. Does that mean we pick option A)"I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative" ?

Yes.

Question 4) Form I-864 Part 5 Question 21 C ) Question "Total Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit". If I currently got married should I still be putting a "1" in answer "c"? It says not to count anyone twice. Please let me know

You do what it says and not count anyone twice, so put 0 there.

Question 5) Form I-864 Part 6 Question 23 and 24) "Current Individual annual income" Does this number include my husband's bonus or just annual salary?

Yes, if you have proof he makes that bonus, then include it in the total and provide documentation of it.

Question 6) Form I-864 Part 6 Question 24 E "Should I be listing myself as the person being sponsored in this section? "

Yes. you are the one being sponsored. All the forms are about you and for you to fill out except the the I-864. That is filled out and supporting documentation provided by the USC spouse.

Question 7) Form I-131 Part 1 Question 3 "Class of Admission?" What do I fill out here? or Should I leave it N/A?

K-1. You have a lot of questions that could be answered by looking at the example forms: http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples

Do NOT send in your own I-693 with part of it filled out. If you had all the required vaccinations at the time of your medical and they are marked off on the DS-3025, then just send a copy of your DS-3025. See this post for more details: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/335754-ds-3025-complete-or-not/page__p__4971318#entry4971318

I know this is a lot of questions but I want to make sure I get everything right the first time. Appreciate any help!!
