Hi,

After visiting the SF local office last Monday, my EAD has finally been approved on Oct 31. Actually our I765 case has NEVER been touched online until we visited the local office last Monday (cuz our I765 application was over 90 days). After the visit, it's been touched twice before they approved me an EAD thru an update on the USCIS website. Also, they finally touched our I485 case ONCE on Oct 28.

So I feel like if we didn't visit the local office and if the helpful staff there didn't send them an email, they'd never look into my case, approve my EAD and 'touch' my I485 application. Well I do hope that they'd reschedule me another AOS interview asap though. I just can't believe after a month they cancelled our interview, there's still nothing (and the staff said that she couldn't help me on that)...
