You have to wait until someone wanders by and sees your post. You will always be the primary sponsor even if your income is 0. You will fill out the forms and report whatever income you might have ( or none) Your mother will also fill out the forms as your co sponsor.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Will it be for K 1 or Cr 1,is the person now outside the US?, your mom can be a co-sponsor if one is needed. The journey requires BC , marriage cert, affidavit of support from both , pay stubs,

copy of PP bio page thats unexpired, proofs of relation depending whether you are married or engaged, proofs being lease and insurance in both names, both parties been face to face in last 2 yrs, photos etc the experts will come thru and give you more details when you post your current position.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
