question about NOA2 and interview.

Hello VJ i have a question my graduation from college to get my associates is on May 12. I have a quick question. We filed Nov1st and got our NOA1 already. based ont he timeline on here it says :

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 3, 2013 and May 8, 2013*.

what exactly does it mean? that the case will not be touched until then,o r that we could have an interview by those dates...

**I know this is just an estimate based on other cases and that Vermont is finally speeding up so I would really hope to get the interview by mid April or end of April. But I just wanted to know what exactly did the above information mean? is it possible that both of us could be here for my graduation?

**Our case was sent to Vermont and we will have the interview in Ciudad Juarez in Mexico.

It means that you could be approved for noa2 then.

yes... but our timeline in Vj wasnt that as accurate as Uscis page.. its only based on others timeline before but ,,,its doesnt matter if you will believe it or not,,it only tells the possibe adjudicating days.. goodluck
