k2 requirements for AOS

Hi everyone.. I will post this message in regards w my friend..

She got here w k1 visa w her daughter as k2. They will file their AOS soon.. I'm trying to help her cuz she know nothing w AOS..

Questions:

1. What are the forms that her daughter needs?

2.how much is the AOS for her daughter? She's 5 y/o

3.do they need to pay it w different check? One for my friend which is 1070$ and one for her daughter?
