Hi everyone!! I don't need help with the immigration process (finally!) Husband is here, finally got the green card.. things are moving along, he is just missing home and I am trying to get him some of his favorite things from Oz, one of which is Victoria Bitter. is it possible to get any here in the US? I can't find it anywhere... TIA

have you checked with your grocery store. sometimes with a larger chain grocery store you can ask them and see if they can import it for you to purchase. if there is no bottling laws in your state

Says some place in San Francisco has it(at least they did in 2010).

I've never seen it here myself, the only Australian beers I've seen are Fosters (yuck), Boags and Cascade. And I think Crown.

Hehehe. This post made me laugh. Out of all the Aussie beers, why would anyone want to import VB? :hehe:

Ive gotten Coopers over here.

If your man wants some swill, get him some PBR, Miller High Life, etc. We have tons of shite beer!

Good luck though! :D
