I'm so confused with USEM Passport Status responses

Few days after Mike's interview, I've emailed passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com to check on his passport status and I've got automated responses.

These are Philippine local times:

Nov 21 - There is no status update available for the passport number submitted

Nov 22 - Passport is in transit from post (I thought 2Go will pick up from USEM, then why would be in transit?)

Nov 24 - Passport is Picked Up (Ok, I'm assuming 2Go went to USEM to pick up passports)

Nov 25 - Passport is Out for Delivery (Is this 2Go going out for delivery or USEM on a Sunday?)

I'm so lost with the responses. Have any of you tried these tracking service before?

Also, automated system gave out different responses to different email addresses.

When I've emailed ivmanilareplies@state.gov and responded on Nov 24, they replied:

We are pleased to inform you that a fiancé (K1) nonimmigrant visa was issued to the applicant today, November 23, 2012. The visa packet will be delivered to the applicant’s designated address by guaranteed courier service.

This process is surely testing my patience and sanity

Have you tried checking through the 2go website? Hank, if I remember correctly, has posted that link numerous times to help someone out.

I've been tracking it every time, MNL case number, passport and UID are coming out invalid.

Mike will go to the designated 2Go branch on Monday to check.

Ah, I posted that link before I saw your post about trying 2go's website. I would assume, yes I know what they say about that word, that it is in the process of being delivered.

I've followed it and take it to heart. Online Chat always says "currently chatting with another customer." Really even after hours and Sunday? I seriously believed that tool don't work and was just for show LOL

YEAH! I am pretty positive that you have seen all this information NUMEROUS times! LOL

I have a feeling their online chat is broken and just there to make it feel like there is a good way to get customer service with 2go. LOL

Same with my case, I checked my passport status update and it says in transit from post after 4 hours I tried checking again it says no available status update. I called usem and they said my passport is not included for release. After 3 hours I checked again and it says out for delivery. I'm totally confused now dunno where to get reliable update pls help me. I tried checking 2go by using my passport number and case number but nothings going on... Pls help me

If you put a phone number to call or text 2GO will be contacting you.

also for tracking... try using your UID number, it should be on your confirmation letter/page

The 2Go SM Bicutan branch we've picked when we scheduled the interview has been closed for almost a year and USEM or 2Go didn't bother updating their lists. I've called USEM to make the pick up location to SM Mall of Asia and they said they'll escalate it. Two days after that, 2Go called Mike, asking where to deliver as it was listed in SM Bicutan. @#!#& so whatever ever happened when I called USEM?

Anyways, we got the visa and he's flying out on Saturday.

Just call USEM directly to get the exact details. Passport Status is very inconsistent and unreliable.

Great, then 2Go will call, text or email you to inform you that it's ready for pick up or delivery.

Give it time to enter in there system. Use the UID # on your appointment letter to see the updates.
