But how about for those submitted the case before aug 15 , we almost hit the 4 months mark !!! :(

Apologies, you and those are in a different queue, a different service center.

Recently, the national average was posted at 7.9 months and has recently been updated to be back at 6 months.

Hang in there !

Seems we're trading off fear, uncertainty and doubt (FUD) for faster turnaround times. For me and the rest of the MSC crew, this might be an acceptable tradeoff.

Hi there,

My hubby (who is the USC) sent off my I-130 in October, and we received our NOA1 with our priority date being 15th October. We have not received anything since then - no emails or anything tell us where our I-130 is being processed (All we know is it is 'in process'). However, our receipt number starts MSC. Is it safe to assume then that our I-130 is being processed at the NBC since we have not been told otherwise? (The USCIS office address at the bottom of our NOA1 is the NBC)

06/02/12 .. Got Married in Inverness, Scotland.

USCIS:

10/11/12 .. I-130 Sent

10/17/12 .. NOA1 date

12/20/12 .. File was transferred to my "local field office" (Baltimore)

02/05/13 .. NOA2 date

NVC:

02/11/13 .. NVC receives case

02/28/13 .. Case number assigned

03/01/13 .. DS-3032 Emailed

03/04/13 .. DS-3032 Accepted

03/04/13 .. AOS bill paid

03/08/13 .. AOS bill shown PAID

03/05/13 .. IV bill paid

03/06/13 .. IV bill shown PAID

03/06/13 .. IV Package Mailed

03/09/13 .. AOS Package Mailed

03/27/13 .. AOS packet accepted

That is awesome!!!!! I think I may cry! My hubby may be here in time for the birth of our baby girl!!!! I'm glad that mine was sent to the NBC then!!!!! Yyyyyaaaaaaayyyyyyy!!!!

the national average of 5 to 6 months , processing I-130 petitions,

just got decreased to being 60-90 days,

for those casefiles filed after 15 AUG 2012.

USCIS: 307 days from NOA1 to NOA2 (no RFE's)

15JUN2012 USC married in Côte d'Ivoire
13AUG2012 I-130 sent by FedEx to Chicago
15AUG2012 I-130 packet delivered to mailroom, per FedEx.com
18AUG2012 NOA1, rcvd SMS & email saying case is routed to Vermont Service Center, later rcvd by snail mail
21AUG2012 the date on next I-797C received only by snail mail, says petition transferred to Lee's Summit,MO
28AUG2012 "touch" (website shows case was updated)
03OCT2012 the date casefile was sent to Atlanta, per phone call with ISO
01FEB2013 infopass at Atlanta, casefile has not even been assigned to anyone yet!

21JUN2013 NOA2, email received! USCIS website is updated! No SMS was received.

Letter rcvd later by snail mail from NBC, Lee's Summit, MO; however, I know file was adjudicated in Atlanta.

NVC:

11JUL2013 the date NVC says they received our file

19JUL2013 called and got Case # and IIN #, gave email addresses

22JUL2013 received DS-3032 and AOS invoice by email, mailed DS-3032

Nope. You know how to study the timelines? Best done a pc with internet connection, handphone browsers are almost useless here at VJ.
