Well I do have a WAC receipt number but I changed it to NBC after I read that. Do you want me to leave it or change it back?

I think you should stick with the receipt # that you have, for timeline tracking (WAC) - it's ok that it's gonna skew the stats for WAC filers, IMO.

That is a slippery slope, aye? we're only two days apart on receipt dates... and I got the MSC # and you got WAC...

Just keep knowing that sometime , 62 to 92 days , yer gonna get approved :D

Well I am a Sept filer so I think tis a month and 2 days and the three approvals I saw were on 11-19. SO I am hopeful that this week or next I get some news!!!! :D I am at day 65 now!!!

the national average of 5 to 6 months , processing I-130 petitions,

just got decreased to being 60-90 days,

for those casefiles filed after 15 AUG 2012.

----

ok so i filed my i-130 in nov. 2012 so ur telling me i will only be waiting 60-90 days? omg i think you just made my day!

I'm up to 60 days too, well that's from NOA1. My file moved around for 2 weeks till it arrived at a Local Field Office, so actually I should count from October 10.

Met : March 2012 in Afghanistan

Married : August 22,2012 in Belgium

USCIS

Califonia Service Center

Sep 24,2012 - I-130 send to Phoenix Lockbox

Sep 26,2012 - I-130 NOA1

Oct 04,2012 - I-130 case transferred from CSC to NBC Missouri

Oct 10,2012 - I-130 case transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office

Jan 23, 2013 - I-130 approved!!!

Darnell will this affect I-360 VAWA Applicants at all? You know I am fighting an especially bad case of fraud and very anxious.

How does this effect my case? I have been waiting for more than 7 months since NOA1!

That's really a good question. Deferred action/adjudication casefiles started coming in AFTER you filed your I-130, so you need to be aware of YOUR queue and YOUR PLACE in the queue. I would guess that its not affecting your case at all.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
