Interesting news. Thanks Darnell. I'll have to tell my coworker who just applied for a k1 back in October to probably expect at least a 6 month process for the noa2.

AOS Journey

11-04-2011 sent AOS to Chicago lockbox

11-07-2011 delivered

11-08-2011 Date on text messages but did not receive until 11-22-2011

11-23-2011 Check cashed.

11-25-2011 Hard copies of NOA1s

12-06-2012 Pui's Brother unexpectly passes away and we make an info pass appointment and receive an emergancy AP so she can return home. Pui leaves for Thailand for 2 weeks.

12-06-2012 Get a text message and email that she received an RFE

12-12-2012 RFE for original birth certificate. I swear we sent it along with a certificate translation of it.

12-20-2012 Pui returns from Thailand.

12-21-2012 We send the RFE back for with original birth certificate along with a new certificate of translation(I had to wait for her to return for her to sign)

12-26-2012 text and email they have received the RFE.

12-29-2012 Appointment for biometrics is 01-23-2012

01-13-2012 AP is approved.

01-23-2012 Biometrics appointment. Later during the evening the text and email saying the EAD is approved.

01-31-2012 EAD/AP combo card arrives.

05-22-2012 Email and text card is in production!

I want to personally thank Mr. Barack Hussein O'Bama and his gang of bureaucrats

for putting together the Deferred Action Program.

It's filled up CSC and VSC with applications, so the head of USCIS decided to shift all spousal visa processing

to the National Benefits Center as of 15 August 2012.

We've been seeing approvals under 90 days , either at MSC directly or at a local USCIS office.

Thank You, Thank You, and Thank You !

I am so hoping for good news this week or next!!!!! :D :D cause if we got transferred to DFW you know as soon as I get mine you are next!!!! :D YIPEE!!!! From what I've been reading, it's not that many that got transferred to a local office; instead the casefile was adjudicated AT MSC. We've read of two that had RFEs at two local offices...

Remember, that USCIS 'alert' says or ...

So it's very possible to be adjudicated at MSC.

From what I've been reading, it's not that many that got transferred to a local office; instead the casefile was adjudicated AT MSC. We've read of two that had RFEs at two local offices...

Remember, that USCIS 'alert' says or ...

So it's very possible to be adjudicated at MSC.

I am curious if they are being adjudicated at the local offices and the MSC is just sending out the notifications?

Ok putting in my receipt number and going forwards from my number ahead 14 numbers all were I 130's and 11 were transferred back in Sept and 3 were approved on Nov 19th. Going backwards 10 from my number they were all DACA apps and most were approved. So they are working the dreamer apps very fast.

How do I get on there? I thought I was? hmmmmmm

We've been 'self-limiting' to those who have MSC numbers.

If you have EAC or WAC, stick with that, don't change to MSC .

But, if you have a MSC receipt #, please update yer profile and your timeline to reflect 'National Benefits Center'; best done from a PC, IMO.
