I want to personally thank Mr. Barack Hussein O'Bama and his gang of bureaucrats

for putting together the Deferred Action Program.

It's filled up CSC and VSC with applications, so the head of USCIS decided to shift all spousal visa processing

to the National Benefits Center as of 15 August 2012.

We've been seeing approvals under 90 days , either at MSC directly or at a local USCIS office.

Thank You, Thank You, and Thank You !

Oh alright! that's great for you guys :)... my fiance and i filed our 129F for the k1 visa in september... i take it we still have to wait till around late march right?

You not file an I-130 for a spousal visa - so I am thinking might be a bit longer than the 6 month National Average.

Yeah, it's great for all those people who didn't send in things a few days before that cut-off and have to wait 7 months for that initial approval because of the backlog. I wish they'd send some earlier applications out and get those processed too!

Yeah, it's great for all those people who didn't send in things a few days before that cut-off and have to wait 7 months for that initial approval because of the backlog. I wish they'd send some earlier applications out and get those processed too!
