HELP!! USCIS SENT MY ROC APPLICATION BACK!! I DONT UNDERSTAND

I suggest you send them a copy of your AOS receipt (showing when the received it which is hopefully correct) which would be after the date on the card. i would also include a copy of that letter they attached with your ROC filing.

You will be sent a new card but i've read it can take up to 6 months. I suggest you make an infopass and get an I-551 stamp (GC stamp) in your passport while waiting for the card to be corrected.

Enjoy the I90 game we did, 4 calls to USCIS, 4 Info pass meetings and the 4 months later card stayed the same on the return. The only exception is that they accepted our ROC, I filed like the IO suggested from the (4th) info pass, wait an extra 30 days even though the card stated a month prior.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
