sorry i make mistake i mean tourist visa of the mother can she get in the fisrt entry 10 years??

She can get a visa that is valid for 10 years, yes. That doesn't mean she can stay in the US for 10 years - It means she can use it to enter for 10 years. Tourists usually get a maximum of 180 days.

Yes, the consulate can deny the visa if they do not believe that she'll leave the US.

If her intent is to get a 10 year tourist visa she does not have to wait until you are close to getting your visa.. She can apply now, the CO approving the visa will decide what she gets, can she be denied? Yes if she does not show string ties to her country.

Good luck

This is correct. Your immigration status has absolutely no bearing on her tourist visa application.

There is a common misconception it seems that you need some kind of a tie in the US to get a tourist visa. It's quite the contrary in reality.

Your mother-in-law travelling with you at the same time, maysuggest she is going to live with you guys so be careful. Even if she does get a visa, she may be turned back at the port of entry without adequate proof to show she has no immigrant intent.

she want to get 10 years multiple in the first visit if she fill in the form 10 years can she be denied?

You mean she wants to put in the form that she wants to go to the US for 10 years?

If so, she will definitely be denied.

Getting 10 year visa doesn't mean that you can stay in the US for 10 years.

It means that you can visit the US for 10 years. How long you can stay each time will be determined by the CBP at the airport. Usually it's 6 months, but sometimes they give less time.

And getting 10 year visa is determined by your interview. The consular officer can give you a 1-entry visa valid for only 6 months, or you can get 2 year visa, up to M-enty visa valid for 10 years. You can't approach the consular officer and simply tell him that you want 10 year visa.

If she wants to live in the US with you legally, the tourist visa is absolutely not for her.

You can sponsor her when you become US citizen. I don't think you can do anything for her as an LPR (since you are a permanent residen only, right?).

Obtaining a tourist visa from your country is very difficult. She must show strong ties to her country such as property ownership, employment, etc to prove she will return at the end of her stay.

She can apply for a tourist visa valid for 10 years but it is up to the official interviewing her as to what, if any, tourist visa she will be given. It may be a multiple visit visa good for ten years, it may be a one-time visa, he may deny her completely. Again she must show strong ties to her home country and that she intends to return at the end of her visit.

If she obtains a tourist visa, the length of time she is allowed to stay in the US in a single visit is determined upon her entry to the country. The maximum amount of time allowed is 6 months per visit. If she obtained a tourist visa she must still remain outside the US more than she remains inside.

If her intent is to live in the US then she needs to pursue an immigrant visa as a tourist visa is for visiting only.

YES, a request for a tourist visa can always be denied and if one is issued and abused it can be revoked.

If she applies for a tourist visa and wants to live in the US on that visa, I can guarantee you her visa will be denied. It's a tourist visa. Not a "welcome to America!" visa.

I cannot stress this enough - A tourist visa is for tourists.

Tourist visa = Visa to visit the US as a tourist. Tourist visa is not for living in the US. A 10 year visa does not means she can stay in the US for 10 years. It means she can enter the US for 10 years, but each time she enters, she can only stay for a maximum of (normally) 6 months each time..

Example of proper use of a tourist visa: Travel to the US, visit your daughter for 2 weeks, go to Disneyland and see the Grand Canyon, go shopping on the Vegas strip, take pictures in front of the "Welcome to Texas" sign. Then, go home to Morocco.

If she wants to live in the US, you're going about this the wrong way, and a tourist visa is not for her. There is currently no visa that you as a green card holder can sponsor her for. If you wait until you become a US citizen, you can sponsor her in much the same way your husband is sponsoring you. However, green card holders cannot sponsor their parents, only US citizens can.

Until then, unless she's a highly skilled worker, or has other close relatives who are US citizens there is not much you can do. She can always try the DV lottery: https://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ Registration for the DV lottery is not open however until next year.

Are any of your relatives in Italy Italian citizens? Or does Italy have any laws in place for any of them to sponsor her to live in Italy?

Also, if she does get a tourist visa, travels to the US as a tourist, gets an apartment, a job and never returns to Morocco, here's what will happen. 5 years later, ICE will knock on her door, and take her into custody. She will face an immigration judge and she will be put on a plane back to Casablanca. She will not be able to set foot on US soil again for at least 10 years, if not for life.
