I hate line-cutters, and people who pass on the right, and I hate filthy dirty stinky smelly hippie panhandlers playing crappy music and shouting incoherent lyrics outside the entrance to Walmart.

Amen and also those people who ride the right hand lane to the very end, when they see a construction sign that says right lane ends 1 mile, 1/2 mile, 1000 ft etc. Then they try to cram their way in, which stops all traffic. it should be legal to shoot those bastards.

San Francisco Bay Area. We have aggressive professional panhandlers, and a police force that looks the other way. It is still not as bad here as it is in San Francisco city and county. The homeless have overrun that town. If you ever visit that city, be sure to wear sturdy, easy to clean footwear, because you will be stepping on human feces and urine just walking down the sidewalk.

I thought San Fransisco was one of the most liberal socialist places in the nation .Safe Harbor and all that nanny state bs. How could they have homeless in a social utopia.

I thought San Fransisco was one of the most liberal socialist places in the nation .Safe Harbor and all that nanny state bs. How could they have homeless in a social utopia.

That is why the homeless are there. Willy Brown was mayor there for a while. He stopped all the panhandling, the sleeping in the parks, and the cash payments. Now that S.F. has another wimpy mayor, the homeless are back to running the city. Rich people upstairs. Poor people on the streets. But the city is becoming more family friendly, so no naked men walking down the street after next February, unless the mayor, or the courts decide otherwise.

We don't get many of those, but I understand what you are saying. Usually it is a charter bus, a casino bus, or an airport bus that is the one slowing down the HOV lane, especially when they don't have enough momentum to make it up the next hill.

I would've expected that to more likely happen at Walmart. Then we could call them Wal-nuts.
