no yor PD doest fall in life act because you live in your own country though out your petition date.

its for those who live in united states since 1998 to april 30th 2001 without petition/inspection so that applicant must file their adjustment of status/green card.

its time for those and u know when first time these PD became current these peoples was,t file thie adjustment of status so thats y pd move back to 2000.now thats why PD movement is slow because of DAM life act and when these peoples will file their adjustment of status then VB FOR F4 movement will probably normal 2.5 months or 1.5 months as per demand.
