Our petition has been approved and just waiting for interview date. My question is this. I am not considered a full-time employee where I work. However I clearly make far above the 125% I have letter from employer stating salary and stuff. Pay stubs as well clealy showing my earnings. Will this be a problem any help appreciated?

I just got approved too, so I'm far from an expert. But I'm assuming that just as long as the position is considered permanent (no set time for termination) and you make above the 125% it should be okay. Of course, paired with other things that paint the right picture. Look at how stable the job appears to an outside source. A job where you work 30 hours a week and have been consistently for 3 years is a completely different animal from a seasonal job where you were hired to work 40+ hours a week through the holidays and just started last month. As Yodrak often says, think about the context. :)
