So I am going to Port Huron POE tomorrow morning. I have got the following.

Canadian passport with IR-1 Visa stamped on it.

Visa sealed envelope received with PP from Montreal.

CD and a medical document that CO gave it to me at interview.

Car EPA complaint letter from Nissan USA.

Letter from TD that the car loan is fully paid. (though, I am not sure if I will import the car till mid January)

Some USD cash.

Some clothing and kid's stuff.

A list of things I will be importing with a moving company (no contract signed yet).

My laptop bag.

USC wife with her US PP and my child with CRBA and Canadian PP and Birth Certificate.

Any other doc or forms that I may be missing ?

Looks good to me.

Good luck for a quick and smooth crossing. :)

You might want to ask at the POE what documentation the moving company is going to require from you. Someone recently had issues with their moving company because they "required" an I-94.

I believe that only has to go to the mover for the driver to take with him when he crosses.

I know I saw a YouTube video on cross border moving from Canada to the US at one point and I posted the video on a thread. I will see if I can find it again.

This is actually pretty normal. They want to see you have arrived in the US before your personal goods are brought in. They cannot precede you into the US. Since you are crossing with an IR-1, you would send them a copy of your I-551 stamp showing you have already crossed.

Do I need to provide POE with a list of all the things (in my case a 3 bdrm full house) that I will be moving to US on a later day? Or its something I only have to provide to the moving company ?

No, they won't want to see a list unless you actually have the items with you. That would be something you would provide the mover. Since you are not personally accompanying the goods, there is also a custom form you will need to complete and give to the movers. Its like a 3299 I think? Something like that. I'm sure someone else knows.
