Cancelled without prejudice simply indicates that the visa has been cancelled without any wrongdoing on your end. For example, if they had to re-print and re-stamp the visa for any reason, they would stamp the first one "cancelled without prejudice." Another example is if you ever had to renew a visa, they would simply stamp the old one "cancelled without prejudice."

As long as there is a valid K-1 visa stamped in your passport you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

If that other stamp is a valid K-1 visa you are good to go! Congrats!!

It sounds like they messed up somehow on the first visa stamp and had to re-stamp a new one in your passport. Rather than trying to remove it, they stamp the invalid one "cancelled without prejudice." It means it is invalid, and that you have done nothing wrong.

Hi, I was interviewed on 8th November 2012 for my k-1 visa..one document was missing which they ask to me to submit at my local VFS office..I submitted that on 15th nov along with 221g form..its 24th nov today and I have yet not received my passport stamped or any email asking me to collect my passport from the local vfs office.. Please help..is this delay normal..can i verify my status in detail..
