Hi everyone,

Is my first post in VJ and i really appreciate the work everyone do by helping the others in this complicate thing that are the visas.

Anyways, I need to make a question, might be stupid for some people but i need to clear my doubts before doing anything..

Do i need to bring to the interview the form I-134 with the support documents: tax return, w2s, pay stubs and employment letter,

or i mail the form first, when?, and bring the support documents to the interview.

Plus other question i have on mind,

When i mail the "pack 3" back to the embassy should I schedule the medical exam and before the appointment send the cover letter with the form 2001 or after the examination?

Thanks in advance for any help ;)

YES.

There are three equally acceptable ways to send the DS-2001 form

  1. With the other DS forms
  2. In a separate mailing before the medical exam
  3. In a separate mailing after the medical exam

You are not going to get an interview until they receive it to let them know you are ready. I would personally choose to mail it the day of the medical exam, but there is no proven science to my choice.
