So I'm a US citizen (through naturalization) and I'm applying for immigration for my mother. I heard ppl have been rejected immigration before due to lack of evidence/ paperwork. So I was wondering what other kind of documents I need besides the following::

I130 form, Cover letter, my marriage certificate, My birth certificate, my mom's birth certificate, copies of my naturalization certificate and my passport, my dad's death certificate.

Am I missing anything else? Do I need to fill out form G-325A? I've seen a lot of ppl talking about filling out form G-325A. Do I need that in this case?

Someone please help me out.

hi,

you don't need your passport or the G325A for your mom. the rest are copies of everything and translations in English of the documents in another language.

I don't think you need your mother's birth certificate either, only yours to establish that she is your mom.

nothing else with the i130.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. So I'm pretty much all set. I don't need to submit anything else at all?

You only need to submit:

- i-130

- A copy of your birth certificate showing your name and your mother’s name.

- A copy of your Certificate of Naturalization or U.S. passport if you were not born in the United States.
