Yes, there have been several members who have gone through the psych evaluation due to the type of annulment they were issued. I'm sure when they read this, they will probably post to your topic. Good luck!

Hello everyone,

I just want to ask if there are k1 beneficiaries here that undergo psych evaluation at st. lukes because they were annulled? Is it necessary?

Thanks!

It's not necessary, it's required. If the ground for annulment was Psychological Incapacity, doesn't matter if you were the petitioner or respondent. They'll set up another appointment with PhD which normally runs for few minutes and if necessary, they might order a Psych Exam which will take about 8 hours.

Additional payment of 1000 php for Psych Eval and/or Psych Exam for 3000 php.

You'll wait for 2-3 business days for the results.

Good luck!

Thanks for those who replied.

Mine was annulled due to psychological incapacitated. The only reason that the court accepts in the Philippines as I've heard.

Anyway, that's kinda tough in the pocket and waiting period, but it is what it is :(

I guess I just have to bring my court decree so they can just read from there of what happened and don't give me a hard time on answering questions for 8 hours! That's a lot of questionnaire :P

Thanks again. I appreciate it :)
