Reading the checklist I see in number 2 that one can explain their case. Having been through the I-129F without success I'm wondering if I should used this. I was thinking of giving a bullet point time line of the highlights since day 1 since I can be a little verbose. I'm not really sure what they are looking for. I looked for an example but didn't find one. Another question is; should I go into the denial of the fiance visa? I don't think a non bona fide relationship explains much.

Yes it is the same woman. We didn't make it on the fiance so we got married and now looking for a spousal visa.

I would advice to ready the CR-1/IR-1 guidelines and preparing your set of documents for AOS.

Yes, for the OP, an Evolution of Relationship Letter would be good. Yes, the failed K1 visa attempt is part of the EOR.

I would title the EOR as Evolution of Relationship Letter and list it in the table of contents as a separate item.

ya, I'd suggest a cover letter, stating only basics, but including a list of things, similar to a table of contents.

in that list of things, list the Evolution of Relationship letter.
