AOS and IV Package

Are the AOS package and IV packaged reviewed at the same time? I paid the AOS fee and mailed the AOS package, but the IV fee has not been generated yet. Also I dont know if they accepted the choice of agent yet. What should I do? I am a little confused... Someone help.

No,Call nvc,do you have an nvc case number.my husband called nvc everyday.after he got the nvc case number and paid all the bills.he told me to download the ds230,and i filled up the part1and signed it,the part 2, you have to wait that for the consulateto sign,and keep calling nvc for the barcoded cover sheet,after nvc sent that to him,he send it to me in my email,i download it and printed it.i mailed today(ds230,barcoded sheet,original live birth with 1photocopy,marriage contract w/1 photocopy,police clearance or NBI,1photo copy of my passport,2 colored 2x2 picture,at the back of my pic.i put my full name and the nvc case number)i hope thats it.let see what will happen next after one week or two for the nvc to review.

They're reviewed in two different departments.

The IV fee is only generated once the DS-3032 has been accepted and added to the casefile. Until then, no IV fee. When did you send the DS-3032? And was it by email or snail mail?

I sent it on November 13 by email! Maybe they accept it one of this days. If not my wife has already sent me by mail the paper form. Thanks Saylin

Thank you for the input. NVC has not accepted the choice of agent yet that's why I can't see the IV fee yet as Saylin mentioned. I will call NVC today I guess they open.

Grats! So you got the email acceptance then? The IV fee should be invoiced within the next few business days. Keep an out on the payment portal.

Yes they accepted the email and I already made payment for IV and its in process. Ok question 31a says to list any person from 14-29 who will accompany you to US now. And on question 29 I will include our daughter who was born a month ago. Should I list her on 31a? Because my wife will come to US with our daughter, but I have to do CRBA for our daughter. So our daughter will be a US Citizen. Hope you understand me Saylin.

If your daughter will be a US citizen, then no, don't put her on that question as she won't be immigrating with you, merely traveling.
