My wife's parents used MOA location to pick up visa.

That email is invalid and I've tried all possible email addresses just now. No one picks up the phone

Please let me know if you've found another way. They seems to have different email format for each branch

No one picks up the phone and when I searched for a branch, email address was invalid.

Online Chat always says, "currently with another customer" even on off-hours and Sundays.

If you track your passport/visa on the embassy website and it shows sent to 2GO, within a few days of that I would believe it would be at your pickup point per your instructions on the form you gave to the embassy and 2GO would call/text that it is ready for pickup or delivery depending on your instructions.
