hi,

just wanna ask if i ll have a red flag or no ? ( no big difference age, just 3 years ), we met on the net, in July 2011, my wife made ​​her first visit to morocco in October 2011, she stayed with me more than 4 months (130 days), we visited three cities, casablanca , agadir and marrakech, she met family and friends :) and we got married in february 2012 (4 months after the date of his arrival in Morocco, and one week before her departure), we already planned our wedding before her coming to morocco, my family accepted this marriage :) it is hard and painful now, we haven t met since a long time, 11 months :(, my wife is going to spend two weeks with me in february 2013, plss any advice? Thx

Me and my wife met also Once and she spent 2 months with me here in Russia, am keeping everything cool and i hope we don't have RFE, though she will come next year before the interview period comes. but i don't think you should be worry as long as the marriage is in good faith ,nothing will stop true love and faithful marriage. this is what i believe

Only one visit before the petition is filed, and getting married on that first visit, is a red flag, especially in a difficult consulate like Casa. That doesn't mean an automatic denial though, especially as your wife stayed a long time and lived with you, and will visit again. If she can visit a third time for the interview, it would probably be a good idea.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

how about in the Philippines if you been in a relationship for more than a year
