What`s up at NVC?? Why the files get stuck at NVC?

Ours took approximately two weeks! I think that's is the average time.

It took our case 2 weeks to get from CSC and put in the system at NVC and then it took 3 weeks to get from NVC to the consulate in Bucharest. (When I called I was told our petition was in additional processing)

So it was a little over 5 weeks total from NOA2.

Once our petition reached the consulate in Bucharest it went really fast.
