Yes, I'm sure you were! It's that sort of info that has left us so confused. The tier 1 rep said April 16th to us and this was backed up by the tier 2 rep as well.

We can already see that people on VJ have been accepted with a NOA1 date of June 8th! I'm sure we aren't the only ones waiting from May still but I hope they sort it out soon.

I called 2 weeks back they said wait 25 days and I called again 2 days ago just to see what they'll say and they said their still working on may 14.. My priority date is June 8 too and it's not fair that their just jumping from case to case...ugh all we can do is wait

Our file date is June 6th, so hopefully we hear something soon. It is incredibly frustrating to wait like this, and it's really no help to call them because they either a)are rude or b)know next to nothing about what is actually going on. I called on our six month file date (Nov 6th) and they said they were processing April 16th apps. I called again on Nov 21st and they said they were working on the same days apps. Not too efficient methinks. The two other times I've called trying to speak with a Tier 2 person, I have been placed on hold for over an hour. Both times I ended up getting so frustrated that I hung up to avoid throwing my phone against the wall. Tier 2 must be a joke.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if there's any reason why people got their case approved in 2 months after sending the petition in at August. I mean if it's not an expedite but a "normal" one like the majority of us all, what would the reason be for some people to get the approval in only 2 months and lots of us have to wait past the 5 months?

I am really frustrated, every time we call they tell us to keep waiting and call in a couple of weeks. What if there's something wrong and they didn't tell us yet? I missed my first wedding anniversary, thanksgiving and probably the next holidays and my birthday. I really was wishing at this point to have at least an interview date but it seems like something wants me to be apart from my husband

Found out that USCIS agents were lying to us (May filer).

Spoke to a supervisor and apparently our case won't get reviewed until January!!!

Not sure if the supervisor is on this conspiracy either...

THE FU...DGE?! That means that June filers are gonna get approved around march plus the waiting time for an interview it would make the wait go to April. So basically a fricking year.

That means that June filers are gonna get approved around march plus the waiting time for an interview it would make the wait go to April.

Nah I highly doubt it. I think our case is just an exception. It's not like they have to verify ALL May filers before they start on June.

I saw last week the Vermont Service center showed an original status for me at my 5 month mark of December 27, 2012 and that was just last week, today I looked and it said the Vermont Service Center is now taking 5.4 months? what does that mean? it now says at the bottom...it was updated since October 30th, 2012, but thats not true, just last week that wasnt there and I would have noticed before, so I called and noticed also the last case approved was May 21st, 2012...I have a July 27th Date, so where does that leave me, the rep said still call and check at the 5 month mark on or after December 27th. Then they will tell me the last case approved. This is so frustrating :S It was way to expensive to travel overseas for the holidays this year, so it looks like a February trip for me of which according to this site, its estimated for me Feb 18-March 3rd Ajudicated? what does that mean? Anyone know?

I think they mean that they updated their numbers about the average the 10th October and then updated the website. The averages on the website only contains information about the processing time up to that day. If that makes sense. If anyone has a better guess/real info feel free to correct mine
