I751 is 90 days prior to your ending date on your green card, Filing Date Calculator. Same procedure for filing (presentation) as the other times you did. Personal check is acceptable for USCIS nationwide. Use a big black clip to put it all together if needed. PS you might want to update what you are filing for, cause some confusion for those trying to help. Be sure to read the stuff in the VJ guides as well as USCIS and check the date on the forms, mailing location etc to avoid any RFE's..

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

Paper clips are better - let them punch their own holes to make sure they are right.

Yes personal check is okay.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

1. If it's either or, I would do paper clip. Personally I stapled the pages of each form together, and binder clipped the rest together.

2. You can. I might have done it for ROC but I know I didn't for AOS

3. Yes

I was approved without RFE or interview for AOS and ROC. Staples were never an issue for me.

Staples are fine. I've never had an issue with them. Here's a guide that USCIS has: General Tips and another NBC and Chicago Lockbox tips
