How do the NVC issue interview date?

We posted off the last documents to the NVC 7 days ago. Does anyone know how long the NVC take to issue an interview date (London Embassy) and also, how do they issue it, by email? post?

Before you can get an interview, you need to have a case complete. You need to call NVC to find out if both the AOS and IV packages are reviewed and accepted. Once both packages are accepted, then your case is complete. Once your case is complete, then your case is put into the interview queue. The time frame for this always varies by country. Could be a few days after case complete, or a few weeks.

As long as you gave over both email addresses to an operator once the case number was assigned, then the interview letter will be sent by email.
