ok no that AOS papers are completed, i need to gather up the evidence and proof!! wat should i gather up! any ideas? i kno a couple but im trying to avoid RFE and shyt, anyone can assist please i would gladly appreciate the info

Joint bank acct., gym membership, life insurance under both names, medical insurance, car, apt lease, picture of the wedding of course, statement from friends confirming the relationship, credit card statements, These are a few off the top of my head....

Besides all the forms, evidence will be a joint bank account statements & account verification letter, pictures of wedding day and regular photos with family and friends, if she is in the lease then you will show proof of that. As for me, I'm only going to show bank statements, lease agreement, and pictures. That should be enough! :D

You know what proofs of a legit and joint relationship are not to submit in the AOS package (from K-1), right? They are only needed at the interview (if you get one). Just saying because from your timeline it seems like you didn't send your AOS package yet.

You need tax transcripts, letter from the US citizen employer, pay stubs and documents like that for the I-864.

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

Apart from a copy of the marriage certificate you don't have to send any proof of the marriage itself with your AOS application.

Sent our AOS paperwork monday and didn't send my bio page or my last 6 months of paystubs. Also, only wrote her first and last name on the pics, but submitted six(2 for each submission). Hope i don't get an RFE

27 January 2012: Mailed I-129F

03 February 2012: NOA1( e-mail & Text)

03 February 2012: Check Cashed

NO RFE'S

22 June 2012 : NOA2 (e-mail & Text)

16 July 2012: Manila Case Number(by phone)

17 July 2012: Interview paid at BPI

19 July 2012: Set interview for Mid-Aug

23-24 July 2012: Medical St. Lukes(passed)

24 July 2012: CFO Seminar(had to go next morning for landline #)- PASSED

02 Aug 2012: Received e-mail from USEM our case is there.

15 Aug 2012: Interview at USEM - APPROVED

13 SEP 2012: POE Minneapolis, MN

27 OCT 2012: Married

19 NOV 2012: AOS package sent

05 DEC 2012: NOA's I-765, I-131, I-485

14 DEC 2012: Biometrics appointment finished(Walk-in..Was scheduled Jan 04 2013)

07 FEB 2013: USPS Picked up the combo-card

11 FEB 2013: Received Combo-card

21 FEB 2013: Transit Visa picked up in Chicago for Japan
