Priority date question

I have no clue on how to find out if my priority date is current.

So a little bit about my case

I submitted my i-864

And my ds-230 and they were both received by nvc as of today my questions are:

1: how long does it take for them to review both my forms and close my case?

2: how do i find out if my priority date is current if its may01??

Priority Dates are only relevant in numerically limited visa categories. Visas for spouses of US Citizens are not subject to numerical limits (i.e. unlimited). Therefore, all the priority date means for a spouse of US Citizen case is the date it officially enters the queue at USCIS.

1- u have to wait 20 days for review of your case after that it will be forwarded to your original consulate.

It took ours 7 days :dance: from received to review to case completed.. ..Good luck...you're a step closer .

NVC usually like to say ":20 days to review"

Did you send both the AOS and IV package at the same time? Were both fees generated at the same time? Or the NVC does not generate the IV fee before they have accepted the choice of agent?

I sent them in separated because i received the IV invoice. 1 day after i sent in my aos package Nvc didnt invoce my IV until after they had accepted my choice of agent.

I know they have receive my aos package and i know my IV package is sitting in their mail room so i am hoping they look at both of them soon.
